If you believe you received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of delivery.
If you received the wrong item or something is missing, please reach out right away so we can correct the issue quickly.

Returns are eligible for store credit only, issued as a digital gift card sent by email.

All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order was shipped.

Items purchased at a discount or on sale are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Please include your original receipt (circling the item(s) being returned is helpful!).

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Once your return arrives at the store, please allow 5–7 business days for our team to process it.
